The college offers a 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course across 5 specializations. To take admission in the PGDM Course at Dr. D.Y. Patil B-School, candidates must appear for at least one national level exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, MH-CET or ATMA. Facilities of the college include Spacious Lecture Rooms, Board Room, Seminar Hall, Library, Computer Lab, Cafeteria, etc. The college has a Start-up club to assist and train the students to start their own venture after graduation. The college also has a Rotaract Club and Cultural Club.
